If you feel that you have a solid foundation in weight training and you only need assistance with nutrition and cardio, then consider this hybrid plan. This plan offers:

Having a flattering posing routine is essential to success on the stage. Posing looks different for everyone: We will work together to find out which poses and angles look best for you and your shape! You can choose between a 30 minute or 60 minute session. These will be held virtually via FaceTime, Zoom, etc. or in person depending on geographic location. (*Note: If you are already a client of mine, your first posing session is free! You do not have to be an existing client for posing sessions)
